EGE HOLDING a.s. is a company established by the founders of EGE, spol. s r.o. with the intention of introducing group management rules for managerial management and to prepare the structure of the Group and company bodies for long-term operation even after the handover to successors.

The purpose of the company is to manage the ownership interests and financial management of the Group.

The Group structure has undergone changes since 2015, leading to the establishment of standard management processes between the parent company EGE HOLDING a.s. and its subsidiaries.
